Nope, not fun, just annoying. Diseases in Survival Mode are like that one friend who always crashes at your place and eats all your food. Except, you can't get rid of diseases with a stern talk.

Honestly, 'fun' might not be the first word I'd use to describe diseases in Fallout 4's Survival Mode, but they definitely add a layer of realism and challenge! You have to constantly manage your health, which makes finding a clean bed and staying hydrated more crucial than ever. It turns the wasteland into an even harsher environment, pushing you to plan your adventures carefully. So, if you're up for a more immersive and challenging experience, then yeah, in a twisted sort of way, diseases can be 'fun'.

I caught an illness from a dirty mattress in-game, and it was honestly more stressful than my real job. But defeating a super mutant while your character is severely dehydrated and fighting an infection? That's a satisfying challenge that makes victory even sweeter. So yeah, in a masochistic way, it’s fun.
