Yeah, they can pop up during certain promotions but aren't a constant thing. McDonald's occasionally brings out Pokemon cards as part of their Happy Meals. So, if you're craving both some nuggets and a side of nostalgia, keep an eye out for announcements or check in at your local McD's to see if they're running the promo.

Nope, you missed the boat. They come out in limited runs and once they're gone, they're gone, till maybe the next hype promo. Soz.
