Can Companions Wear Power Armor in Fallout 4?

Yep, companions can totally wear power armor in Fallout 4! Just make sure you tell them to enter it (you gotta do it through the companion dialogue/command system). Oh, and don't forget, they don't even need Fusion Cores to operate it. Pretty sweet deal if you ask me.

Actually, giving your companions power armor makes them way bulkier than needed. Plus, they never have to replace Fusion Cores, which is kinda unrealistic if you think about it. I say, skip the power armor for companions. Keep that extra armor for yourself!

Absolutely! I decked out Piper in a set of T-60 and we've been stomping through the Commonwealth like an unstoppable force! Just walk up to a suit of power armor with your companion close by, and direct them to use it through the companion interaction options. They won't use up Fusion Cores, so it's the best way to make use of spare power armor suits you have lying around.
