Can Fallout 4 be played above 60 fps?

Yep, Fallout 4 can run above 60 FPS, but there's a catch! The game engine ties physics and game speed directly to the frame rate, so going above 60 FPS can cause some wacky physics and gameplay bugs. If you're up for a bit of adventure with your gameplay, unlock that frame rate and enjoy the chaos!

You absolutely can, but trust me, it might not be the experience you want. I unlocked the FPS and my character ended up moving like they were on a sugar rush. Super fast and kinda hilarious, but not great for a serious playthrough.

Nah, keep it at 60 FPS. The game wasn't designed for higher and things just get weird.

Honestly, playing above 60 fps is like opening a Pandora’s box of glitches. I thought it'd be cool but ended up spending more time fixing issues than enjoying the game.
