Short answer: Yes. Long story short, go to game settings and manage your DLCs, you can disable it from there.

Absolutely not necessary to disable it, IMO. The texture DLC makes the wasteland look way better and more immersive. Unless you're struggling with performance, keep it on and enjoy the beauty!

Yup, you totally can disable the Fallout 4 texture DLC. Just head into your game settings and manage your installed content. From there, you should be able to uncheck the texture pack and voila, your game is back to its original graphical glory! It's useful if you wanna improve performance or just prefer the original aesthetic.
