Nope, tried it, and it gets tricky. If you're playing anything from your library, they can't play Fallout 4. It's more of a 'take turns' situation than true sharing.

Absolutely! Steam's Family Sharing feature lets you share Fallout 4. Just set it up through Steam, and you're good to go. Make sure not to play at the same time, or you'll kick them off. Happy exploring the wasteland together... but not too together!
