Can’t build Sunshine Trading in Fallout 4?

You just got to make sure you're the official boss of the area. Did you complete the mission 'Taking Point: Sunshine Tidings Co-op'? If not, that's your golden ticket. Grab that quest, finish it, and then the world (or at least Sunshine Tidings) is your oyster.

Oh, the joys of settlement building in Fallout 4! If you're struggling to build up Sunshine Tidings Co-op, double-check that you've actually cleared the location of enemies first - those pesky ghouls can be hiding in the most unexpected spots. Also, ensure you have all the necessary resources and your workshop isn't bugged. Sometimes, a good old game restart does the trick!
