Oh yeah, you can totally clear Lexington in Fallout 4! It's one of the early game locations filled with ghouls and a few raiders holed up in strategic spots. Just make sure you're stocked up on ammo and maybe bring a companion cause some of those ghouls can be... pesky. And watch out for the raider in power armor on the roof!

Yes, but honestly, why bother? There's so much more to do in Fallout 4 that's way more interesting than clearing out Lexington.
