Absolutely! In Fallout 4, you're the master of your own destiny. If the Railroad's secretive ways and their undying love for synths don't jive with your wasteland ethos, you can part ways. Not only can you leave them, but you can also become their worst nightmare. Aligning with the Brotherhood of Steel or the Institute gives you plenty of opportunities to show the Railroad you're not on board with their agenda. Just remember, every action has its reaction in the Commonwealth!
