Hitboxes are uniform across all agents. Don't worry about picking a smaller character to dodge bullets matrix-style; it's all fair play in CSGO.

Actually, all agents in CSGO have the same hitbox size. I've tested this with friends in custom games, shooting at different parts of characters. Regardless of how bulky or slim they look, hitboxes don't change.
