Absolutely needs a graphics card, but let's not blow things out of proportion. Any decent card can handle CSGO. It's not Crysis we're talking about here.

Technically, yes, but don't panic if you're not rocking a high-end setup. CSGO is known for being quite forgiving on hardware. As long as you've got a dedicated GPU that's not ancient, you should be able to enjoy the game without any serious issues.
