How does the Trade-Up Contract work in CS:GO?

The Trade-Up Contract in CS:GO is a pretty cool feature that lets you trade 10 of your skins for one of a higher rarity. Basically, you put in 10 skins of the same rarity (all gotta be from the same 'Collection'), and in exchange, the game gives you 1 skin that's one tier higher in rarity. You don't get to pick the exact skin you'll receive, though; it's random but will be from the collections of the skins you traded in.
