In Fallout Shelter, expectant mothers will carry their babies for around 3 real-time hours before giving birth. However, remember that the babies also need time to grow up into helpful Dwellers. This takes an additional 3 real-time hours. So, in total, you're looking at about a 6-hour journey from baby bump to contributing vault member!
