One Piece, while full of action, isn't known for showing a lot of direct character deaths. It's more about the adventures and the struggles of the Straw Hat Pirates. That being said, there are some memorable deaths that have had a huge impact on the storyline, like Ace and Whitebeard during the Marineford arc. However, compared to its long run, the number is relatively small.

Tbh, not a lot. One Piece kinda keeps it light on the death toll, focusing more on the adventure and battles. But when it hits, it HITS hard emotionally.

People always think it's all fun and sailing, but One Piece has its fair share of tragedy. Can't give you an exact number, but the deaths that do happen are meaningful and often pivotal to the story.

Only a handful, but each one is like a punch in the gut. Oda doesn't overdo it, but when he does, make sure you have tissues ready.
