How much data does CS:GO use?

Honestly, not much. I've played CS:GO on a capped data connection before and it's totally doable. Just keep in mind, downloading updates or maps is where the real data gets eaten up. The actual online play is pretty efficient.

CS:GO is surprisingly light on data! If you're playing an average match, expect to use up somewhere between 100MB to 150MB per hour. This can vary a bit with things like server tick rate, the number of players in a match, and whether you're using voice communication. But for the most part, it's much less data-intensive than streaming video or downloading big files. So, you can game on without too much worry about hitting your data cap!
StatsGeek
Way less than you think. I've monitored my usage, and it's around 100MB per hour. Match days are the only times I see a spike, thanks to all the voice comms.
AimMaster
Honestly too much. Why worry about data when you should be focusing on your aim? Get unlimited data & forget the stress.
