As of my last check, there isn't any official DLC (Downloadable Content) specifically released for Pokemon Violet that you have to pay for. Both Pokemon Scarlet and Violet have received updates, but these have been free. If Nintendo decides to drop some paid DLC in the future, you'll likely hear about it from the official Pokemon website or Nintendo's news channels!
