Just use a file manager app on your device to backup the Subway Surfers folder, then transfer it to your computer. Easy-peasy and no need for complicated steps!

I've done this to transfer my Subway Surfers high scores when I got a new phone. Connect phone, open it up on your computer, and just drag the Subway Surfers folder over. Worked like a charm!
