Adding time to a CS:GO match isn't something you can do in the middle of an official competitive game, but if you're hosting a custom game or playing on a community server, you can definitely change the round time. Open the developer console by pressing `~` and type `mp_roundtime_defuse 60` to set the bomb defusal round time to 60 minutes. Adjust the number at the end to change the time to whatever you want. Remember, you need to have admin rights or be the server host!
