I tried a few different strategies, but what worked best for me was using a high-level Gardevoir with Psychic moves. It took down Iron Valiant pretty quickly because of its Psychic type advantage. Make sure your Pokémon are at least around the same level as Iron Valiant to stand a good chance!

Just catch a Zamazenta, lol. It's a Fairy/Fighting type, so just overpower it with anything Psychic or Flying. IMO, it's not that tough.
