Easy peasy! Just open the console in-game by pressing the tilde (~) key. Then type in: bind "key" "say your_message_here". Replace "key" with whatever key you want to use, and "your_message_here" with whatever smack talk or strategic info you wanna share. So, if you wanna say 'Hello!' with the F1 key, you'd type: bind "F1" "say Hello!".

I had a buddy who bound every key to a different taunt. Hilarious, but not super practical in a match. Stick to a few key messages!
