Honestly, just go to game settings and use the GUI there. Why bother with console commands when you can click a few buttons and achieve the same wizardry?

bind [key] "[command]". That's it. CS:GO doesn't need your life story, just two things: the key you wanna use and the magic spell - I mean, the command you wanna cast with it.
