It's pretty simple once you get the hang of it. Open your console in CS:GO (you might need to enable it in the game settings first) and type this command: bind "key" "+jump; -attack; -jump". Just replace "key" with whatever key you want to use for jump-smoking. This binds the selected key so when you press it, you'll jump and throw the smoke grenade at the same time. Remember, timing and practice makes perfect!
