Easiest way to bind jump to two different keys in CS:GO is by opening up the console (you gotta enable it in the game settings first) and typing: bind "key1" "+jump" and then bind "key2" "+jump". Replace 'key1' and 'key2' with whatever keys you wanna jump with. For example, bind "space" "+jump" and bind "mwheeldown" "+jump" to have both spacebar and mouse wheel down as your jump buttons.
