Easy peasy! Just open the console in CS:GO (you might need to enable it in the game settings first) and type bind "mouse3" "<command>". Replace <command> with whatever action you want the middle mouse button to perform. For example, if you wanna jump with the middle mouse, you'd type bind "mouse3" "jump". Remember, the sky's the limit with what you can bind, so have fun customizing!

Had to set this up for quick weapon switching. Typed bind "mouse3" "use weapon_knife" in console. Super handy for those knife fights or when you need to switch to a weapon fast. Game changer!
