Just hit the console with ~ and type: bind "x" "say GG EZ". Obviously, you can change "x" to any key and "GG EZ" to whatever you want to say. Don't be that toxic player though - keep it fun!

I once bound "F" to say "Flash going out!" and it actually improved my team's coordination. Open console with ~, then bind "f" "say Flash going out!". Replace "f" with your preferred key, but remember, it might save your team's retinas.
