To breed a Charmander in Pokemon Scarlet, you'll first need to catch or obtain a Charmander or its evolutions, Charmeleon or Charizard. Next, head over to a Pokemon Nursery (you'll find one in Zapapico) and leave your Charmander (or its evolution) there along with a Ditto or another compatible Pokémon in the Monster or Dragon Egg Group. Make sure to check back often! After a bit of adventuring, the Nursery worker will have an Egg for you, and voila, soon you'll have a new Charmander!

Honestly, breeding Charmander? Overrated. Go catch one in the wild, way more fun.

Just slap a Charmander in the nursery with a Ditto. Wait. Boom. Egg time.

I bred my Charmander by leaving it at the nursery with a Ditto. Checked back after defeating a couple of gyms and got an egg. Hatching it was easy - just keep it in your party while you walk around. The moment it hatches, it’s a magical experience, especially if Charmander's your fave. 10/10 would recommend.
