Short answer? Luck. You just gotta keep breeding until one pops out with a hidden ability. Make sure at least one parent has the hidden ability, or you're just wasting your time. It's all about patience!

Actually, it's not just about having a parent with the hidden ability. Certain abilities can't be passed down unless you're breeding with a Ditto. So, catch a Ditto with good IVs, find a Pokémon with the hidden ability you want, and start the breeding process. It might take a few tries, but you'll get there. Worked for me when I was trying to get a Frosmoth with Ice Scales!
