Canceling your CS:GO subscription is pretty straightforward. Just head over to your Steam account, go to 'Account Details' then click on 'Manage Subscriptions'. Your CS:GO Prime Status subscription should be listed there. Hit 'Edit' next to it and then you can choose to cancel it.
