Actually, the default key for the console is all you need. Why fix what isn't broken, right? Just stick with the tilde (~) key, and spend more time perfecting those headshots!

Changing the console key in CS:GO is super easy! First, you gotta enable the developer console through the game settings. Head to Options, then Game Settings, and look for the 'Enable Developer Console' option. Make sure it's set to 'Yes.' After that, press the tilde (~) key to open the console. If you want to change the key that opens the console, go back to the Game Settings, and you’ll find the option to set a different key for the console. Pick any key you're comfortable with, and you're all set!

Here's a little hack for ya: if your keyboard doesn't have a tilde key or it's just inconvenient, bind the console to a different key through the console itself. Open it up with the default key and type 'bind <desired key> toggleconsole'. Replace <desired key> with whatever key you want, like 'k' or 'f1'. Just make sure it's not already used for something else in-game. Works like a charm!
