Nope, can't do it in official matchmaking. Stick to 68 and learn to love it!

Been there, tried that! While you can't officially set FOV to 103 in competitive, changing the aspect ratio and using 'fov_cs_debug 103' in a private server where you can enable cheats gives you a taste. Not the same, but close enough when I'm messing around in practice servers.
