Changing your CS:GO username is actually changing your Steam profile name, since CS:GO uses your Steam name in-game. Just open Steam, click on 'View my profile' under your current username at the top right corner, then click on 'Edit Profile' and you'll see the option to change your profile name. Hit 'Save changes' at the bottom when you're done!

short answer: u cant change ur CS:GO name directly. it's ur Steam name. so, change that in ur Steam settings lol

Honestly, ppl make it sound complicated, but it isn't. Just hop onto your Steam account, hit that edit profile button, and bam, new username! Easy peasy, I change mine all the time to keep things fresh.
