Just drag it around till it looks good. LOL, jk. Use the console commands like the other answer mentioned.

I tweaked my CS:GO viewmodel a bit and it totally changed the game for me. Felt like I was shooting better because I could see more of the screen. Definitely, recommend playing around with those console commands!
