Changing the developer console key in CS:GO is pretty simple! First thing, make sure your developer console is enabled in the game settings. If it's not, go to 'Game Settings', then 'Game', and turn on the 'Enable Developer Console'. After that, hit the tilde (~) key to open the console. Type 'bind (desired key) toggleconsole' -- replace (desired key) with whatever key you want to use for opening/closing the console. For example, if you want to use 'F10', you would type 'bind F10 toggleconsole'. And boom, you're all set!

Just go to settings, man. You can change it from there. No need to mess with console commands.

I tried changing mine to something fancy and ended up barely using the console. Stick to tilde (~), it's the universal gamer language for 'open console'.
