Hot take: If you have to change your system's clock just to play a game at night, maybe just enjoy the game as it is? There’s plenty to do in Pokemon Scarlet regardless of the time of day.

Changing from day to night in Pokemon Scarlet isn't something you can do with a click of a button, unfortunately. The game's day and night cycle matches the Switch's internal clock, so if you're eager to explore the world at night, you'll have to play at night IRL. Or, you know, you could just adjust your Nintendo Switch's system clock to cheat the system a bit. Just remember to set it back afterward!

I switched my Nintendo Switch clock and it totally worked! Took me right to nighttime in Pokemon Scarlet. Just make sure to switch it back because it messed with some of my other games lol.
