Honestly, just set your mic as default in Windows and jump straight into CS:GO. It's smart enough to pick up the change. If not, well, restarting the game always works like a charm for me!

No need to overcomplicate things. Set the right mic as default in your computer settings and fire up CS:GO. Should work without a hiccup.

Just restart your game after setting your preferred mic as the default in Windows. CS:GO likes to stick with what it knows until you give it a nudge.

So you wanna be heard loud and clear in CS:GO? Easy peasy! First, make sure your desired mic is set as the default device in your computer's sound settings. Then, hop into CS:GO, go to Settings > Audio Settings, and voila - CS:GO should automatically use your default mic. If you're still on air with the old mic, a quick game restart should do the trick!
