Honestly, just use the server browser or start a new game with the map you want. Changing maps through the console feels a bit outdated with all the new UI updates.

Changing the map in CS:GO via console is pretty straightforward. First, you need to enable the developer console in the game settings if you haven't already. Then, hit the tilde key (~) to open the console while in the game. Type 'changelevel mapname' (without quotes), where 'mapname' is the technical name of the map you want to switch to.
