Short answer: You can't really 'change' it in the traditional sense, but tweaking `cl_crosshair_sniper_width` for thickness and using `cl_crosshaircolor` for color in the console gives you some level of customization. Full customization isn't available, sadly.

I tried messing with the settings a bit and honestly, adjusting the sniper scope crosshair's thickness made a huge difference for me. Helps with visibility on different maps. Just remember to enable the console in the game settings first, then press `~` to open it and start tweaking.

Changing your scope crosshair in CS:GO isn't as straightforward as changing your regular crosshair, because the game doesn't provide an in-game option to customize it directly.
