Nope, can't change it. The AWP scope size is fixed to keep gameplay balanced. Imagine if you could make it huge, you'd see enemies from miles away!

Actually found a workaround once by playing with my monitor's aspect ratio. Not exactly changing the scope size in-game, but making my screen's aspect ratio wider made the scope 'feel' bigger on my screen. Won't recommend it for competitive play though, as it messes with your peripheral vision.
