Super easy! Just fire up the game and go into the Online menu. You'll see an option for 'Spawn Location.' Click that, and you'll get a list of places you can choose to respawn. You can pick your last location, your apartment, garage, and a few other spots depending on what you own in the game.

Make sure you're not in the middle of a mission or event, though. You gotta be chilling in free mode to change your spawn point. And don't forget to save your game after you set it, or you'll be wondering why you keep popping up in the wrong place!
