Nope, can't be done. Steam IDs are locked in once you make your account. It's like asking for a new social security number because you're bored of the old one.

Tried it once thinking I could get a fresh CS:GO start. Long story short, you can't change your Steam ID. What I did was create a new account and rebought the game. Felt like a secret agent with a new identity!
