Oh, tweaking the tickrate, are we? To change the tickrate in CS:GO, you'll need to use the launch options before you start the game. Right-click on CS:GO in your Steam library, go to 'Properties', then click 'Set Launch Options...'. In the box that opens, type '-tickrate 128' (without quotes) to set the tickrate to 128 ticks. If you want a different tickrate, just replace 128 with your desired number. Remember, you can only do this for offline games and private servers!
