To change the time limit in CS:GO, you'll need to access the developer console. First, make sure it's enabled in your game settings under 'Game Settings' > 'Enable Developer Console'. Once that's done, hit the ` key (usually located under ESC) to open the console. Then, you can change the time limit by typing 'mp_roundtime_defuse X' or 'mp_roundtime_hostage X', where X is the time in minutes you want for defuse or hostage maps respectively. For example, 'mp_roundtime_defuse 2' sets the round time to 2 minutes.

Nah, guys, just play with the default settings. Changing time limits ruins the game flow.
