Changing your FOV in CS:GO isn't as straightforward as in some other games, but it can be adjusted somewhat through the console. You gotta enable the developer console first in the game settings. Once that's done, open it up by pressing ` (the key above Tab) and type 'viewmodel_fov x' where x is the value you wanna change your FOV to. Remember, the default is 60, and you can go up to 68 for a slightly wider view.

You can't really change the FOV like in other shooters. CS:GO locks the actual FOV setting for competitive balance. You're stuck with what you got unless you fiddle with the viewmodel, but that's just how your gun looks.
