You can't directly change your pic in the game without Facebook. If you wanna new profile pic in Subway Surfers, you gotta change your Facebook profile picture. That's how it syncs up.

I tried changing my name in Subway Surfers and it was super easy. Just went into settings and tapped a few times. Done! But for the pic, had to update my Facebook profile photo since that's what shows up in the game.
