It's super easy! Just pop open the game, and on the home screen, you should see your current character chilling there. Tap on them, or there might be a little button or icon near them - that's your gateway to the character menu. Once you're there, you can swipe through and choose whoever you wanna be. Remember, some characters need to be unlocked with Coins or Keys first, so make sure you've got enough of those in your virtual wallet!

To switch your profile pic or character in Subway Surfers, you gotta earn it first! Unlock new characters with Coins or Keys, then simply tap your current character icon on the home screen and swipe until you find your new fav.
