LOL just sync with Facebook and your profile pic will change. Easy peasy.

Changing your profile picture in Subway Surfers is as easy as catching a spray can! Just tap on your current avatar in the top left corner when you're in the main menu. Then, you'll see an option to change your picture. If you're using a social media account like Facebook to log in, your profile pic will automatically sync to your Subway Surfers profile!
