Sadly, CS:GO doesn't have an in-game feature that directly shows you the number of cases you've opened. But don't lose hope! You can get a rough estimate by checking your inventory history for 'Container Opened' events. To do this, go to your Steam profile > Inventory > More > View inventory history. Here, you'll see all transactions, including cases you've opened. It's a bit of manual counting, but it gives you an idea!

Actually, there's no official way in CS:GO to see how many cases you've opened. Your best bet is to track it yourself from the start or dive into your inventory history and count each 'Container Opened' activity.
