For NVIDIA peeps, navigate to the NVIDIA Control Panel, then to 'Adjust desktop size and position', select 'Full-screen' under Scaling and make sure to pick the resolution you want to play CS:GO in. For the AMD crowd, right-click your Desktop, go to AMD Radeon Settings, hit 'Display', and enable GPU Scaling and select 'Full Panel'. Lastly, make sure CS:GO is set to the same resolution. Honestly, stretched resolution ain't all that. You're better off sticking to the native aspect ratio for the best visual experience. Just saying.
