Disabling Trusted Mode in CS:GO is a bit of a tricky business because it's there to prevent cheating. If you really need to, you can add '-untrusted' to your game launch options in Steam. Right-click CS:GO in your Steam library, go to 'Properties', then 'Set Launch Options...', and type in '-untrusted'. Remember, this might affect your ability to join VAC-secured servers.

Tried the '-untrusted' method once because I needed to use some software for recording that wasn't whitelisted yet. Worked, but also got a warning that my account could be penalized in matchmaking. Not worth it unless you really need to.
