Had to do this myself recently! Open the game, head to settings, and there should be a 'Facebook' section. Click on that, and there'll be an option to log out. Note that if you're trying to get rid of game data on Facebook, you might need to remove the app from your Facebook account settings too. This way, it completely cuts the link.
